Having known Billy for many years on a personal level I seized the opportunity to use his executive coaching skills on my management team here at A D Bly Construction. The coaching sessions were direct, focusing on improving motivation level and perception of others on both a professional and personnel basis to improve all aspects of our busy lives. Billy visited us some seven months ago now and the topics raised are still being referred to in our office to this day, with the lesson learnt being used in all our business/social encounters.
