What type of condition are you in?
“What do you mean”? I hear you ask.
Conditioning can apply to any area of our lives from finances to fitness to our mental states and anything else in between.
We are always ‘in condition’, the question is which type. Out of condition is still a level of conditioning.
Working with clients has shown me you can be a 7 out of 10 in one area of your life (business for example) but a 2 in another (health for example). Which can leave us somewhat unbalanced.
Mental boxing is about tuning yourself into the idea that it is our responsibility to manage and direct our own conditioning to produce the results we desire.
It all starts with our thoughts. If they are ‘out of condition’ it’s going to be a tough ask to get where we want to go.
